Codogno del Centenario
To celebrate the centenary of the creation of Biscotto
Codogno the Cornali brothers created a filled biscuit. They did it
using the traditional biscuits, but they made a special mixture of
different kind of chocolate: milk chocolate, plain chocolate and soft
hazelnut chocolate flavoured with cedar’s essential oil, whose
taste perfectly meets the one of coconuts.
In 1915 the great-grandfather Angelo created
the first publicity of Biscotto Codogno. It
is a funny acronym that is reported in this page. |
